Guns N’ Roses drowned in Dr Pepper
We do not have Dr Pepper in France but we do know Guns N’ Roses . Dr Pepper, an American soda-pop-coke-kinda-like, at the beginning of this year, challenged the legendary rock band to finish their last album, started in 1993 by the end of the year. By doing so, Dr Pepper would have to give away a can of Dr Pepper to each and every American, 300 million cans. How to get your can of Dr Pepper? Just request it on their website once Chinese Democracy comes out, on November 23 2008 .
Talking about soda: if you do go to France, you will be very surprised by its price. Coke (Coca as we call it) or even Pepsi are about the price of a branded bottle water here, like Evian water for example. And likewise, Evian or other water bottles are about the price of Coke here, if not cheaper.
Coke and Pepsi do not really compete over there. If you go to a bar, you would have the choice between Coke and Pepsi, the place wouldn’t have either one or the other.
